Admiral:

The Admiral is not known to give out his name very lightly. Even his closest advisors don’t know his real name. The Admiral is the top military mind of the Galactic Council. When there is trouble in the Galaxy the council looks to the Admiral as their guide and leader. So when the threat of Viper came up, the council looked to the Admiral to stop him.
